Description
The blood oranges they use come from the slopes of the Etna volcano in Sicily. The sharp temperature differences during the winter months give the oranges their vibrant, dark red color. The freshly squeezed juice of the oranges is used immediately after harvest and mixed with a discreet amount of ginger from the region and some cane sugar.
