Cultivation & care:
The Lila Luzi chilli loves warm temperatures and thrives best in a sunny, sheltered location. Sowing takes place from January to March, and young plants can be planted in the ground or in pots from May onwards. Regular watering, moderate fertilisation and a wind-sheltered location promote optimal growth.
Harvest & use:
• Harvest time: July to October – depending on the weather and how it is grown.
• Uses: perfect for spicy dishes, chilli powder, hot sauces or as an ornamental plant with edible fruits.
