Warranty Terms
Please first ensure that the device is actually defective. Read the user manual and check via Google or YouTube whether the issue is known or if solutions already exist. Also make sure that the batteries are charged and that the products are assembled correctly.
The warranty and statutory warranty period is based on legal requirements and amounts to 24 months.
Wear parts as well as atomizers are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty becomes void in cases of user fault or improper handling.
No warranty is provided in the following cases:
- wear parts (e.g. seals, rubber caps, atomizers, coils)
- natural wear and tear (scratches, rust, loss of color)
- improper or careless handling
- incorrect use or operating errors
- natural loss of battery capacity
- damage caused by liquids (e-liquid, condensate, water)
- incorrect manipulation
- missing proof of purchase
- e-liquids, shisha tobacco, spirits and soft drinks (even unopened)
- disposable and hygiene products
- drip tips, headshop items, CBD/hemp products, incense products
- books and media
- e-cigarettes without original packaging or serial number
Disposable products / DOA warranty
All disposable products (atomizers, cartomizers, tanks, pods, rubber caps, hygienic mouthpieces) are supplied with a DOA warranty.
Proper functionality is guaranteed upon receipt. If no complaint is made within 48 hours, any further warranty claims are excluded.
User Responsibility
Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or external force is excluded from warranty and statutory guarantee claims.
