They went through many different solutions and tested hundreds of samples across the country before they found their superior blend. The cotton in Cotton Bacon goes through a rigorous purification process in which they remove all plant matter that is not cellulose fiber and does not aid in wicking speed or appearance. What they’re left with is large fiber cotton that absorbs liquid quickly, stands up to high-heat environments, and is completely tasteless. Our proprietary purification process, along with WicknVapes clean room packing practices, gives Cotton Bacon the purest taste from the start, which means there’s no break-in period. They also keep costs low and convenience high by using food grade P.E.T. resealable bags.

THE PRIME DIFFERENCE

WicknPrime never stop trying to achieve perfection, so even after the launch of their Version 2.0 product, they continued to experiment with other cotton blends. Eventually they landed on a product that absorbs liquid 33% faster than even their previous product, and so they released this as Cotton Bacon PRIME. PRIME goes through the same rigorous purification processes and standards as Version 2.0, but this blend of cotton wicks faster than anything else we’ve discovered.
