Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to order tobacco, e-smoke, or alcohol products from Vision of Hemp.
If your order includes products subject to age restrictions, we ensure compliance through personal identity and age verification. Delivery is made exclusively to the customer personally.
Delivery conditions
The offered products are generally kept in stock and are dispatched as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.
Warranty
We supply exclusively brand-new products in original quality. The warranty period is 24 months. Consumable items are excluded from the warranty.

Agricultural products
The purchase of products for professional agricultural use is only permitted for farmers holding a valid operating license.
Prices
Shipping costs are charged separately. All prices and additional charges are based on the price list valid at the time of delivery on www.visionofhemp.ch.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. Alternatively, goods may be collected from our Vision of Hemp, Bluedoor, or Greendoor stores.
Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of Swiss Post.
Payment methods
- Advance payment (bank transfer)
- Payment slip issued by Swiss Post
- PostFinance (card or account)
- Invoice for regular customers
Payment by invoice (Swissbilling)
Payment by invoice is processed in cooperation with swissbilling SA. The invoice is sent separately (by email or post). The maximum order value for new customers is CHF 350.–. The payment term is 30 days.
Billing and delivery addresses must be identical. Swissbilling reserves the right to conduct a credit check via CRIF AG.

Partial deliveries
Unless stated otherwise, we reserve the right to make partial or complete deliveries. Subsequent deliveries are made free of charge.
Refusal of acceptance
In the event of unjustified refusal of acceptance, any costs incurred will be charged. The right to contract fulfillment remains unaffected.
Complaints
Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect delivery or manufacturing defects. A copy of the invoice or delivery note must be enclosed.
Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal exists under Swiss law. Please clarify any open questions before making a purchase.
Warranty claims
- The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
- Defects must be reported within a maximum of 8 days.
- In the event of a justified claim, repair or replacement will be provided.
Limitation of liability
- No liability for the factual accuracy of the contractual content
- Liability only in cases of gross negligence or intent
Jurisdiction & applicable law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.
