The growth of the infested plant is disturbed, in case of heavy infestation it may even die. Solution: The larvae and beetles of the native two-spotted ladybug Adalia bipunctata are diligent aphid hunters. The ladybugs (larvae) are released outdoors (e.g., on roses or young fruit trees), in small greenhouses, conservatories, or on houseplants and systematically search the plants for aphids.
